The Spicewood Seven is the band. It features the cream of Austin music talent: Tommy Spurlock (Rodney Crowell, The Band), Jamie Oldaker (Eric Clapton), Leon Rausch (Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys). Songwriter Luke Powers (Vanderbilt University) is the token Tennessean.
